Big City Firm is no guarantee for honesty and trust

In Blog, News by AAH

This guy, Christopher Grierson was big chief at Hoggan Lovell, a law firm. He had been stealing clients money despite drawing salary as a long standing partner at a world famous wealthy city law firm. He was found out. He lost his job, was charged for theft and went to jail. Our regulatory body has struck his name off the register. He will not be able to practise law in England.

Moral of the story is choose your advisors carefully. We just lost an interesting enquiry because a relative of the prospective client thought we were too small a firm. Its not the size of the firm, but the talent that should determine your decision. Bigger is not better..
